Update: June 21, 2016
Due to the recent announcement that the FAA has finalized Part 107, Easy333Exemption.com is not accepting new applications at this time. Part 107 is a new set of regulations that will govern UAS operations in the United States, thus covering much of what the 333 exemption process set out to accomplish. Part 107 is scheduled to take effect at the end of August 2016.
To learn more about Part 107, you can visit the FAA website at www.faa.gov/uas/.
We provide the easiest, most cost effective service for getting your Section 333 Exemption from the FAA. Guaranteed.
The FAA has been cracking down on commercial drone operators flying without a Section 333 exemption, and in some instances imposing steep fines for violators. The process for obtaining such an exemption can be confusing, time intensive, and costly. At Easy333Exemption.com, we are hoping to change that.
Our process is simple and our price is cheap. Most companies out there charge anywhere from $800 to several thousand dollars to file your 333 exemption. We believe that unless you have a unique or special circumstance (i.e., using custom built, non-manufactured drones or flying at night), you don't need a high priced attorney to file your exemption (although we are not attorneys - so I'm sure that advice is a little biased). We have studied hundreds of successful exemption requests and have formulated a process that guarantees your exemption will not be denied by the FAA, or we will give you your money back!
Just fill out a quick form telling us who you are, check a few boxes on what your company does, select which drones you intend to use, and let us do the rest! Your exemption request will be submitted within 24 hours of completing the form.
